It works for me. Yes, I did but I haven't been at home enough to sit down and translate the lyrics. I'll do so at one point, promised.

you like it? (to pork)
thanks thewall91, that's actually a good suggestion. I have it and I like it, the repetitive riff of "kelly watch the stars" is a good "sleep inducer" , I completely forgot about that.

I did at first listen, but I only gave it one spin. Here's another one that should work better than sleeping pills.
Tonto's Expanding Head Band's Zero Time You can listen to two tracks off it on their myspace: http://www.myspace.com/tontosexpandingheadband |

Mike Kinsella's self titled first album (under the name Owen) is "the new miracle drug for the treatment of chronic insomnia," as Rob Mitchum so aptly put it. listen to that album at night and you'll fall asleep. wrap yourself up tight and drift off. and it's not a sleep inducing album because it's a bad. it's one of the most sad sack acoustic albums you'll ever hear. and it's a great one at that. just look at that album cover. a morning sunrise that makes you wanna yawn like a baby monkey. highly recommended. |

Roger Winfield's Aeolian Harp Orchestra sends me to the land of nod in no time.
'Windsongs' and 'Voices of the Wind' are the two albums I'd recommend.

I remember making a psychedelic playlist to sleep by and hopefully influence my dreams. Unfortunately, it's impossible for me to sleep on command... even when I'm tired.
