No Way
If Thunderclap, No Way, and Poison Arrow were left off the album, it would be one of their best. Unfortunately, those songs nearly ruin the album for me. And it's not so much the music, rather Thurston's singing/lyrics... |

I think No Way is quite good, especially compared to crap like Poison Arrow and Trickster. Thurston's lyrics and singing have been bad for years! But, yeah, I love the mean guitar riffing and that little arpeggio (which is thurston-by-numbers, aka "playing the exact same notes I'm singing" but it is still better than his usual stuff).

I like No Way, not my favorite song on the album but definitely in the top half. Thunderclap is kind of a mess, it deserved to go out first.
