Nothing can brighten your day more than some nice dub or reggae.

I hate the people who think reggae begins & ends with Bob Marley. He's great (probably the best) but there are a lot of amazing artists out there.

Always works like that. I saw DAMIAN MARLEY live and like him better than Bob actually. Lee Perry's amazing though, I'm pretty sure he's the one who helped Bob get popular.

i've been feeling a bit of a matt bower thing during the past week after seeing skullflower. but that's also what I've been listening to a lot.. skullflower, sunroof!, etc.

i'm also feeling i should delve deeper into krautrock.

Its even worse if they only know who Sublime is & they say they love reggae.

Lee Perry is amazing. The Arkology Box Set & it is pretty intense. He produced a lot of the early Wailers stuff & many other amazing records like Heart Of The Congos.

Too bad he burned down the Black Ark.
