I've been learning how to speak and read Russian since I was young, and have yet to completely master it. Unfortunately my grandparents who were showing me the way have passed, and I'm left with family members who have never used it and only know the basics. Plus its pretty rare I get to use it anyway.
But unlike math, I've always had interest in the Russian language for ancestral purposes. Math sucks, Russian is fun! Интереснее всего! Нет мочь слушать. |

well, if you're in college or thinking of going, you could always take russian courses . . . or if not berlitz books are always good. languages in general fascinate me . . . i wish i knew more about linguistics so i could pick up on them more quickly.

Berlitz books are extremely expensive too, right?
One day I'd like to speak four or five languages. Most likely languages that use the cyrillic alphabet, or has the same dialect as Russian. Georgian would be awesome, written Georgian is beautiful! |
