Oh!!
You think one unknown record out of ten is a gem?? Well my ratio is much lower , I'd say one out of a hundred is very good ( and it only applies for punk or related records ). |

even if one out of a hundred of his records is a lost GEM that means he has TWENTYFIVE THOUSAND LOST GEMS, that's more records than i will own in my LIFE you gotta get a grasp of what it means to have a MILLION of anything.

You know I gots to make it ridiculous. But for real, put this song on and listen to the guitar, especially before and during the verses. It does cool harmonic accents, which make me rawk.

i read about this guy on another message board and apparently he's a complete idiot, he sells the sleeves of records separately to the records and prices everything as if it was in mint condition & original pressing, when most of it isn't, and from what i understand there's no rhyme or reason to anything he buys, he just buys anything at random so the majority of his collection is junk and he doesn't know the difference, so it's kind of his own fault that he's going out of business and nobody wants to buy all his shit.

How awesome would it be if one of the guys from the Stones, Floyd or some other big group stepped up and just gave them the money and let him keep is collection.
??? Why do you guys feel sorry for this guy? I mean I love records too, but lets get serious. I don't pity any millionaires... Why should I pity a record collector when people have no homes? I'd rather save a life than a lifestyle

I know a guy that went and looked at his collection. He stayed a week and dug for 10-12 hours a day. The guy I know literally bought 30 records. The guys (archive man's) collection was mostly 3-10x per copy of pedestrian mainstream garbage. Yes there were nice records in the archive but, most of the ''real'' gems were picked back in the 90's by the japanese.

Here too, I think SY should go jam on Eternal songs down there and make a video. Maybe even play the whole piece (new record) and wouldn't that be a beautiful thing?
