I think it's so unneccesary to force your beliefs on someone...
It would be the same scenario if a performer who considers themself Christian or Catholic went on stage and saw someone in the audience holding the Qu'ran, and said "I can see a holy book in the audience, and it better be the effing bible", and then walked off pouting... |

I like Moz up to a certain point (he's been fairly worthless since the comeback) and I'm also a vegetarian but forcing yr beliefs on other people is fucking retarded.

I'd have to make a witty remark beforehand too. "Morissey, meat your match!", or something like that. Then again, for that to work, I'd have to hand him the remark, typed, on a piece of card. Hmm. If anyone has any witty pre-meat-throwing jokes, please PM them to me. |

I sympathize with him for being disgusted by the smell, but walking off the stage in front of tons of fans that paid/travelled and showed support to him makes him quite the fecal face

Hahaha! Make sure the meat has been sitting in a hot car for a few days so it reeks. |

The more I think about this, the funnier it gets. I couldn't love Moz any more than I do now.

I don't think this is that bad. Well, obviously, it's not good for those that paid to see him, but meat is obviously something which deeply offends him, and I don't think anyone would want to be around something which they hate with such a passion.

the people who paid to see them got their money's worth , there's been hundreds of nights where moz played, but i figure this will go a down as a one of a kind show.and he did play a little i guess, anyone know how long he was on before he caught the smell? or was it the first song?

If I were the organizers I'd give him the money rolled in a greasy Burger King bag.

he has always been this way. to call him pretentious is to show ignorance of his stance on meat-eating since he first came into public life,.
I think it's funny. it's fucking coachella, the biggest, most bloated, stupid needless concert festival ever. so what?

I read once that Ian Mackaye stopped playing because someone was smoking at their gig. Same fucking story.

that reminds me of an sxe song i heard, the lyrics of which are disturbingly similar to the moz comment "if you're smoking in here you better be on fire" |
