Where I'm from is largely comprised of people from Norwegian ancestry so we have a lot of shit like lutefisk, leftsa, etc. I don't eat any of it.
The best shit I've only seen in the midwest, though has to be beef commercials. A hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes on top smothered in gravy. Fuck.
