Haha, he will, and like 9.5/10 of it will be songs I haven't heard of, but most of it would probably be pretty cool. Also, he will post his list on January 1, 2010 at 12:00 am

....really, only about 10 songs stick out when I think of "best songs of the past decade" (I'm more of an "Album man", not a "song man" and really half my list would be songs from albums released by Erstwhile that are 60 minutes of high pitched noises or some nonsense, or some ridiculous drone or noise albums where song titles like "sun drug" or "scum puke", respectively, don't really stick out to me):
