well, with espresso the golden rule i believe is that the contact between the coffee and the water is as quick as possible. so in my opinion most espressos are decent.

like i said im not a barista or a connoisseur just a caffeine addict.

I hate everything. does that make me a hate junky?

ps: my workplace announced a few weeks ago that they would no longer be paying for coffee. most people would be upset. I used it as an opportunity to sell $1.50 cups of coffee and now I'm filthy stinking rich. and by rich, I mean, Columbian dark roast.
