no.. not at all actually. rather I was mentioning that in the South there are Southerners who are ignorant, backwoods and racist, and that Florida is not some miraculous exception. i don't know, i've been all over florida, know people all over florida, spent at least a week in most parts of florida, my mom lived there for several years when she was a teenager, and worked in my grandparents restaurant.

and then i've lived in georgia for 90% of my life... i think i can spot the differences.

I don't understand your point.. I brought up black populations to defend the south against racism, but what is your point in clarifying the numbers?
