agreed. apart from sonic youth he is probably my favorite recording artist at the moment.
my favorite albums of his are of course melody nelson, then the soundrack for the movie cannabis, and percussions. bonnie &clyde with bb is also great but not as consisten as the rest...
i need to get more of his stuff. although i heard he sucked durig the 80s...

His daughter Charlotte is pretty cool too.
She just did an album with the guys from Air called '5:55'.
I like it.
Serge was cool in an 'old school, dirty old bastard' way.
