To be honest, i ahve always been afraid of clowns. also, Agoraphobia, which seems to have a few meanings, but i am intimidated by wide open spaces.. big open areas... and being in deep water where i can't see anything around me. i have a slight paranoia/fear of the unknown so i get worried in deep water, or storms and other things where the outcome is unpredictable... especially these two though.

Why do people call crane flies daddy-long-legs? Is that a regional thing? They're completely different animals.

EDIT: Nevermind, I looked it up. Apparently there are three different things that are considered daddy-long-legs.

Yep. That's a crane fly and it's harmless.
A daddy long legs is a type of spider and it's poison can kill you.
The good thing is that it's mandibles aren't powerful enough to penetrate human skin.
