The Fall should have a warning on their songs that says:'Don't cover as it just wont happen twice'.The same should go for SY,The Smiths,The Velvet Underground,Diamanda Galas etc.The rest you can cover but you still would be shit at it and your bums should be sodomized by toothless farmers.

Anything by Daniel Johnston is impossible to cover, because it's not just about songs with Daniel- it's the actual experience of listening to Daniel, how much emotion is thrown at you in his squeaky little voice.

Sonic Youth, of course, can't be covered either. Sometimes even Sonic Youth don't know to play Sonic Youth songs, so yeah. Same with Hendrix.
