You know me. I'm in Columbia.
But yeah, I feel your pain. We're trying our best to find a way out of South Carolina, and we've been here only a year and hate it badly. North Carolina, I've discovered recently, is a whole other world. If you can occasionally get to Asheville or Charlotte, it might help you make it through the summer. Also the beaches along the North Carolina coast are a nice getaway, especially up around Duck.

I've already been to Asheville once and I might go again at least once more. It seems like some kind of hippie utopia in the mountains. All I have to do is wait it out until the middle of August and I'm done with SC for good aside from a few days trips and going to Charleston at least once in my life.

Yeah, Asheville's the hippie utopia, pocket of liberalism, spot of sanity, drop of culture, whatever you want to call it, in this otherwise barren state. It's a good place. The mountains are nice, too. Charleston's sort of like the Key West of SC. It's hedonism all over the place. There are, gasp, beer brewers there! And a Banana Republic in the outlet mall! Woo hoo.

I might have to make it to Charleston. I got a free invite from some people I met in...*gasp*...Asheville to stay at there place whenever I wanted to. This was after the girl nearly killed me because I'm a history major and have never been to Charleston.

Yes, it is.
But then again, it's in North Carolina. North Carolina, as I've said, is nothing like South Carolina.

You'd like Charleston, I'm sure. We go there whenever we can. It's a great getaway. We're spending part of the July 4th weekend there, going to a party and seeing a band along some marina.

Asheville=place to go for great music if you live in East Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia. That and that it is beautiful and where Biltmore is, that's about all you need to know.

Yes.
Poptards are way more bland and boring than Toaster Strudels. Plus with toaster Strudels you can put your icing on in a big blog in the middle, or you can spread it out, or you know, do whatever the fuck you want with it. Plus they're more ooy gooey berry.

I don't think "blog" was used correctly there.

Sounds like it's time to walk the dog.
