After driving my mom to the pyschiatrist and pharmacy, heading back home to shovel snow, and load up the dishwasher; I'm currently preparing my now infamous panty-dropping Caramel Apple Cheesecake to give to the gf as a gift on Valentine's Day while she's away at work. Just like my Turkey Stuffed Peppers, I've never prepared this for someone, and not had the most positive response ever (except for that one time I was high off my ass and used cumin instead of cinnamon).

So easy to make also...

Today in Physics my friend called out and asked me if I'd be his Valentine. It was an obvious joke.

The last time this happened, two years ago, I realised I wasn't straight. Fun little anniversary then.
