i forgot.. a good smoke of grass or dope (marajuana for you americans because i know dope is something else which i say no to)

but alas i have had a bit of a chest scare at the weekend so im gonna have to curtail the activity if i want to actually breathe for another 30 years or so!

Paulybee - Chris Armstrong was indeed a palace stalwart, good sir. There be no speedway at C Palace any more, Pauly - I think that finished at some point in the 80's or 90's???
