as you may have noticed, the entire troll is reliant upon the reader not reading follow-ups and the premise that 99% of internet users cannot resist pointing out idiotic errors. the "joke" would really start to shine if I had the heart to follow up by insisting that YOU are wrong. it only takes about 5 minutes to get the average internet dweller completely worked up over it. alas, vagina ruined my fun. curses. |

Yeah, that was Sega probably ten years ago. They had so many original ideas, both in software and in hardware. They pioneered so many things, I can't even begin to list them. Recently though, they've just been let-down after let-down. I hate to say it but they suck now. They once were my favorite game company; I don't have one anymore. |

That's true. I guess I don't really pay attention to games much anymore. I mainly just play 'em at friends/girlfriend's houses...
All the greats.. Konami, Square, even Treasure.. haven't really made any great games in forever, have they? |

The 64 had an insane amount of good games. Sin and Punishment, Goldeneye, Mischief Makers, Mystical Ninja 64, Mario 64, Mario Kart 6, 2 Zelda games, Jet Force Gemini, Ogre Battle 64, Smash Brothers, etc. The Wii is the really shitty system right now. Its best games (Okami, Twilight Princess) are PS2/Gamecube ports.. no, I haven't played Madworld, but No More Heroes were merely decent. I do love Boom Blox and Blast Works, but that's 2 original Wii games in a pool of bad ports, bad sequels, and mostly just party/baby games. The 64 had some truely groundbreaking, amazing games on it. But yeah, if someone were to get a Wii cheap, I'd tell them to go for it, for the few exclusive games worth playing but mainly because it's also a Gamecube, and you can play all those great Gamecube games (Ikaruga, Metroid Prime, Tales of Symphonia, Resident Evil 4, Paper Mario, etc.) on it. Or you could probably just buy a brand new Gamecube for $20 at this point. Either way.
But man... the PS1 reigns supreme in my heart because of all those great Square games! Jesus. |

Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl are two other great Wii games. Also, Monster Hunter 3, Sadness (which looks awesome), Fatal Frame 4, and Sin And Punishment 2 are all scheduled for Wii this year.
N64 is still my favourite though. |

Totally forgot about Monster Hunter. I heard a rumor that a new Dragon Quest game (not IX, obviously, and hopefully not another "Swords" game) will be released on the Wii. That'd be amazing.
Didn't care for Mario Kart Wii, completely dumbed-down. Brawl is fun though. |

I bet I'd be awesome at that game. I type 149 words per minute. Before anyone makes fun of me, I've been using computers for 15 years now...

Then Suddenly the Mole felt a great Awe upon him and checked with his dungarees but they were not too tight and so he sniffed the air and squinted his eyes.
He saw drowsy animals cuddled upon within the bough of an ancient oak but they were too far to tell whether they might be Hindi, and so Mole, growing colder as the autumn forest bared shadows for frozen teeth and Mole wiped sweat from his brow. I knew there was a missive for me somewhere around here, as he pawed at the soft but rocky earth. His nails scraped against a thick layer of slate and he knew he'd be flung into the water, into a swimming pool, to be sucked through and drowned by the filtration. Oh Mole, could you not see the missive? Fox pinned it on a bough just so you could see. Now lost and soggy. dedicated to fighting toadies toadies toadies |

I'm more of a proponent of PC Gaming, but hmm, loved the SNES, that's my favorite console. Super Ghouls N' Ghosts, NBA Jam, classic stuff. I love my Atari 2600 though, Demon Attack is so much better than Space Invaders it's sick.
I'm not too into the newer stuff though, I played Wii Sport, and it was fun I guess in a party setting. |
