I saw SY in a small/medium club (Arena, Brisbane) and that was sensational.

in an open space. lots and lots of amps circling the crowd so the sound just washes over your body like an ocean of...sound. the band would play in the middle of the crowd and enjoy the sound as well.

My favorite:
First Avenue, a dirty minneapolis club with everything painted black that used to be a bus station (close to a train station) Seen them many times there. Me rockin' the place just last night: |
