"whinge" ?? You fucking useless dipshit. Learn to type! I ought to purchase an elephant and train it to sodomize you with its trunk!! Just kidding. You're 99% right. If someone writes "X is my favorite band!" and someone else replies "You're a tone-deaf moron" that's all well and good. But once in a while, someone is blessed with an original thought or cursed with a horrible problem, and they express themselves here and get slammed for their efforts. When I see this happen, kinda bums me out. |

inglais and their silly liitle words. I deserve as much for attempting to communicate with the barbarians.
Australians are the only ones with funny accents worth speaking to anyways. |

Whinge and sook are Australian slang. Whingeing is more of the complaining whine whereas sooking is sadder and closer to crying.

Don't talk to him. He's not a real person. Real people don't say silly things like that. Silly, silly, wrong things like that.

Wow, that was random. I'm not sure what your point is, exactly -- a PARODY post, in reply to me appreciating Derek and n'ik, and dubstep? Well, that's certainly confounding!
So, it sorta came off as surreal, certainly almost needlessly ... insulting? Like, what exactly did me digging on n'ik and Derek have to do with you attempting to insult me (in a really really bizarre, almost creepy way, even)? What did the amount of money in my bank account and my knowledge of movies and music have to do with n'ik and his cool posts? So, then I thought.. hmm.. 'maybe this was Sway's way of saying he's interested in DUBSTEP?' I mean, your post REALLY threw me for a loop. What in the woirld in my post saying "this is a GREAT thread!" would inspire someone to make a PARODY post directed at me? I thought, "is Sway being INSULTIUNG?" .... But then I was like, "No! Not Sway! This is a guy who enjoys a good wine and EARTH 2. For him to make such an odd and out-of-place [in the context of this thread] post, he must have a great deal of admirartion and affection for me, and my life, and my posting!" I realized, Sway, that you aren't someone who interacts with me very often, but from your post, you obviously are REALLY interested in me, so maybe this was your way of trying to get some more info about me, and my life? Yes. indeed.... After careful review, I sensed a real, meaningful concern in the tone of your post. So, all I can say is... thanks man. I appreciate the concern for my well being, and if you're wondering how my life has been, I can SURELY take 5 minutes to let you know I can tell you've been curious about me and what I've been up to you. That's the least I can do, for someone who seems so interested in me and my life -- someone who I never really talk to, or talk about. I guess I should start paying more attention.... there's lots of nice people who seem to really care about me. So... For the record, I am giving all my stuff away, I have spent the last month bagging up all my 5,000 DVD's, 30,000 CD's, hundreds of books, and who-knows-how-many-thousands of video games. I have also spent this year donating my money to charity and helping my friends out, not LOANING it but giving it. I just realized that "stuff" doesn't make me happy, I'm not really concerned with materials and whatever. The only thing that really makes me happy is to make others happy. That and playing guitar. I just bought the organ The Residents played on Fingerprince, I feel really good playing it. As for Wal-mart, it's a great place to work, at least the one here. They let me off whenever I need to play concerts. I'm playing one here in a few weeks. I just assembled a new live band -- these people can actually play some of the PSYCHIC EXISTENTIALISM stuff live! Obviously, a bit modified since those songs were really written for like 20 people. But yeah. Just to be able to play CAT PLANET WOMAN live excites me! One guy will be on junk percussion, I am going to be doing sampling/tapes on some songs (like Mission of Burma!). All 4 of us will also play guitar, do vocals, and play horns on some songs. But for the most part, it's detuned rubber band bass/xylophone from one guy, junk percussion and vocals by one guy, synth and trumpet by one guy, and I will be switching between electric guitar and vocals through a telephone receiver. I will be videotaping the show, and it will be on I COULD SHOW YOU EVERYTHING BUT I'D RATHER SHOW YOU THAT EVERYTHING MEANS NOTHING: 10 YEARS OF SCISSOR SHOCK. After that, we're going to do a split with D. Rider, the new band with the guy from u.S. Maple. Going to try to get either Skin Graft or Crucial to pujt that out. After that, my documentary about the 52-year-old man who is getting a divorce after 26 years will be playing at Tromadance in New York. I dunno if Troma is putting it out, but I think Pathfinder might. Blaze the Pot Smoking Deer's season 1 had a great airing on television in Oregon, and Adult Swim showed interest in season 2, if I can "clean it up" a bit, so who knows... I highly doubt they'll pick it up... but wouldn't that be awesome? Season 2 on Adult Swim? I think with Aaron from Venetian Snares and Sasha Grey doing voices, as they promised to, there's a good chance here. I can show you some awesome art we have for season 2, I've just been way too busy to animate the episodes, it's lots of hard work! We actually have SCULPTED gigantic Blazes, we're going to have live-action stuff, like big SCULPTIES, gigantic TOYS, interacting with the animated page. Pretty weird shit. So, yeah, things have been pretty awesome. I did get back on antidepressants, which aren't a cure-all by any means, but have certainly helped me cope a bit better with stuff. Especially while daling with my mom's cancer, my grandpa's alzheimer's (usually, I don't have free time since I am helping him out, all my "stuff" is at my house but I pretty much "live" here now), and dealing with my failing health. I am not longer depressed, and certainly not suicidal -- my life will be over fairly soon anyway, so why be suicidal? But yeah, the antidepressants have actually helped me appreciate music and movies. I was too depressed at certain points, where I'd just want to lay in my room and be in complete silence. But, now, I am pretty obsessed with deep house and dark techno. I am even back into drum n bass a lot, which I kinda burnt myself on after a good YEAR where that's all I listened to. Regarding your inquiry on Wal-mart, do they pay well? I am not sure what "well" is considered. I have no debts, sicne I didn't go to college (I had a really good scholarship, but my family -- and especially me, in particular -- grew up with NOTHING, so I've been working my ass off for so long that I didn't hav etime for school, I was working 80 hours a week at one point -- at Toyota, not Wal-Mart -- when would that have left time for school?) If I ever go back, it'll be to be a stenographer probably, since I can type 149 words per minute. Anyway, I don't feel comfortable talking about my bank account, but let's just say I could buy a good house if I wanted to, and that's from working part time there for 7 years. So.... Does Walmart pay well? Well, minimum wage is $7.25 here, and I make almost twice that much. I don't think that's a "lot", bjut for no college experience, and the fact that you get prfoti sharing bonuses every 3 months (basically, it's like an extra pay check every 3 months; and those paychecks are usually about $350-400 which is a LOT here). Taking into account that everything here is pretty cheap, including good houses, then yeah, I dunno. I mainyl just like the fact that my work is easy as hell and I get 2 weeks of vacation and 5 personal days every year. So, I think I've done pretty good when you consider that no one in my family has ever given me anything, my car did break down a few months ago so I have to walk an hour to work eevery time I work. But you know what? It's been great exercise. It's saved me money (since gas IS fucking expensive right now!). And it's made me appreciate when I DO have a car. Anyway, thanks for showing real, genuiine, honest concern about me and what I've been up to. I have no complaints! Things couldn't be better, really! I know your post wasn't trying to be insulting or anything, since the only thing that would suggest is some kind of weird, creepy jealousy or something, and I know you aren't like that or anything, right? ... of course not! Well, that's good man! And, again, I really appreciate the care and support, it's people like you that really make this board so awesome! On the other hand, if your response was just a way to get me to list some dubstep for you to check out, maybe you should ask syrfox. I mean, I can probably list 500 great artists, but he can list 5000, man. Anyway, sway, keep continuing to make bizarre parody posts which have absolutely nothing to do with the post you replied to! I will warn you, some people might take them the wrong way. I mean, if I was anyone else, I would probably be almost insulted. But I mean... you're Sway! There's no way you could ever insult anyone! So, thanks again dude!! Life has been fuckin GREAT! |

Haha, the Sasha Grey thing is probably just wishful thinking. She is a fan of my music, and I did send her my movies, and she replied saying she LOVED Blaze in particular. So, I think I could probably talk her into sending me a few voice tracks (I mean, she posts .mp3s of her music on myspace and facebook still, I could probably convince her pretty easily to send me a .wav or .mp3, right?). The Aaron Funk thing, of course, isn't wishful thinking. I just need to get off my lazy ass and do season 2, I know, I know. It's just... deaslin gwith other shit has made it difficult.
Yeah, I actually have half a movie completed, originally called EXPLODING HEAD, but probably called UNFINISHED MOVIE now, and it is ALL live action meets animation. Characters interacting with cartoons. My idea originally was to do WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT... but nobudget! We'll see what happens, I have a very very busy 2011. My immediate plans are to get this new live band to record an album or two and to do a week long tour, at least. |

What, Sway? You show genuine concern , affection, and perhaps even obsession for my life and what I'm up to -- I kindly let you know, and ... what, now, it's too much information? Now I'm REALLY confused! What do you want from me, man?! On one hand, you make random parody posts in reply to absolutely notihng that woudl warrant them, now you make further replies that -- once again -- have nothing to do with what I posted about!
"Just the internet" ... "Ridiculous" .... what in the world are you talking about? .....WAIT! I got it! This is some new surrealistic posting style you have going on, right? Wherein you don't actaully reply to the msg's you quote, but rather, use the quotes as a SPRINGBOARD for absurdism? YES! I love it, man! Keep it up!!!! It's a great new gimmick! Fiercely independant, showing a real social awareness and a refined, mature INTELLIGENCE! OH! And the original PARODY POST was the beginning, the opening salvo of your dip into surrealism, right... if you post things that are seemingly retarded and make no sense whatsoever, they will get people to let their guards down.... BRILLIANT! I think I get it now, I hope it's not going over my head or anything. Whoo, boy, what a mindfuck! It's going to take some time for me to get used to this posting style, man, but heheh... I feel good being in on the joke!!! |
