Geffen Cassette (BMG music club version, oh man...)
Geffen CD Deluxe 2xCD Deluxe 4xLP This was my first SY album, and at first I didn't understand Daydream or SY, but I trusted that it was good and I would understand it in time. It sounded like random playing to me, I couldn't understand how they replicated the songs at all. Then after a while it totally got to me. I think I heard a copy of Dirty someone at work kept playing this one summer when we were painting houses in terrible heat for low wages. I really liked it and got Dirty next, then Goo, made cassette dubs of Bad Moon and Evol before I could find/afford them. I got into so much stuff through them and their interviews/successive websites/forums; kind of learned how to do my own exploring out into the nether regions of the immense realm of music through their model. |

Three.
First one in late '90s. Wore it out. Lost on Bus in Portland in early auts. Bought new one immediately, along with second copies of Bad Moon Rising, Goo, EVOL, Sister, and Murray Street, all of which were lost with DDN. Then the reissue. |

I'm pretty sure that I now own all known copies. Sorry, everyone. You can borrow some of them if you'd like.
