i wanted to try groundhog one time cause we shot one that lived under our shed. my dad would have skinned it and cleaned it, but my mom would only cook the rabbits we shot.

I've cut a lot of red meat from my diet over the years. I'm trying to cut it down to no red meat at all this year to stay healthy. It's not all that hard except when it comes to planning a week's worth of meals for the family. But easy substitutes include fish and poultry. I'm also giving up eggs and potatoes, and reducing use of butter.

eat aliments from each group daily. (complete alimentation)
eat a bigger quantity of aliments from the bigger groups and less from smaller groups. (balanced alimentation)
eat different aliments inside each group, diversing daily and n the different seasons of the year. (diversed alimentation)

there's red meat there, eggs and potatoes too, all you have to do is to eat is to balance your diet in the right portions.
