As far as people from tropical to hot climates, they seem to be hornier in general than their counterparts to the north due to long-standing sociological and cultural factors. To a lesser extent, this also applies to people whose ancestry are from hot climates.

Right, alcohol is a toxin. It acts in the bloodstream like any other recreational substance and limits the amount of oxygen getting to the brain from the blood.
