they look so fragile and "light"...and have almost no head/body. Something weird: when I play my bass in the basement almost each time a spider comes out and stops 70cm-1m away from me and it kinda stands up (like when the supersmall spiders are ready to "jump"). When I stop playing, he "sits down", and if I get closer he just goes away. I think it has something to do with vibrations and whatnot, but the weird thing is that it faces ME and not the speaker, and he does not simply go away when I stop, just stays there. It's almost like having an aracnofan ha ha.

I was bitten on the leg by one of these fuckers a few years back. never even felt it, until the next day. I got lucky. the black spot never got bigger than about the size of a pencil eraser. |

This is the reason I turned down the idea of travelling to Borneo island in 2005. I had the money, i had the company to go with, everythng was set, i was just like "what if I get to meet sone SPIDERS in the jungle?"

I remember living in Okinawa, running through the woods as I'd normally do whenever I'd get out of school. I was alone and ran into this giant spider, think they called 'em "banana spiders". Sucker was larger than my hand...huge. I recall staring at it almost in a trance, and walking back very slowly unable to take my eyes off of it. I was in his territory, + I knew it. Sucker scared the shit out of me...
But ya know...it was only the size of this creature that bothered me. I think I was ten years old. After moving back to the United States I seriously "can't be bothered"...not after seeing that thing. Snakes, however, are another story. Me and Indiana Jones feel the same exact way about those slithery things.

Just kidding. That doesn't sound like much fun at all.

Spiders really seldom do anything. Yr more likely to die from a car accident than by being bitten by a spider.
Spiders prey on the smaller/more annoying things. Kinda like some of you on this forum.
