No, at least with cold weather you can take measures to warm up. There comes a point with hot weather where it becomes impossible to combat it and you just have to suffer. At least in the UK where it's never hot enough for people to justify air conditioning in their homes.

South Carolina. On Tuesday the weatherman said we'd be entering a cooling trend, meaning that the high would only be 95. I mean, I'm used to it being 80-85 on most summer days until about the second week of September and walking around in that, but 90-100+ is just too much.
