On the '26 Mixes for Cash' LP, I love the two Aphex Twin mixes of tunes by the Nav Katze. But I've never heard the Nav Katze, so I don't know how dismantled they are.

Tarwater's version of Swans The Miracle Of Love is also pretty interesting
