Haha. J Mascis... = 1/2 Prince? But really... purple is the best color. Having a Marshall with purple tolex only makes it cooler. |

Oh, and Peavey's not all crap.
Most of it is of course, but at least it's crap that doesn't break. However, they make some decent models on occasion. Our bassist uses a Peavey Classic 400 tube head that sounds incredible. Heavy as shit too; my Major head is heavy, but the 400 is a beast. Eight 6550s! |

I know it's rare for sure. Normally I'm into the all-black, but I must admit I enjoy the distinctiveness of having the only purple head in the room. That thing is LOUD. 200 watts is a lot. And phoenix, no serious offense was taken; Prince can tear it up on guitar. |

it has a quality lecky tape rig going for it there at the moment, most awesome. such a mish mash, it has a sonor kick pedal from the guy who used to own it. Bought a new kit but hearted his old kick too much to part with it. But I love it to bits, though I do need to replace skins on one of my toms. Kind of almost got on fire... Not good for the sound.

Shithouse guitar. Whacking great amp. Mid-range clarinet. Violin with 2 Wolf tones (both Cs on the D and E string). Jazz acoustic. Couldn't tell you names unless the instruments were in front of me. I can play the shit out of them all though. I have other instruments, but I very much doubt anyone's interested in my preferred brand of banjolele, are they?

This one is pretty obscure; one of a kind, in fact.
I had this one custom built. It combines elements of sitar, bouzouki, dulcimer and guitar. It's also electric. |

The finish is called Emerald Mist, but I'm pretty sure Pearl changed the name to something else. My next set of non-electronic drums will be a Ludwig Vistalite set ala John Bonham....they really bring the thunder.
