i spotted sol above recommended by knoxy, if you like corona, sol is much much better-- you can tell the difference when the beer gets a little warm. corona is famous for "smelling like goat piss". i'll drink a corona on a hot hot day though, it's so watery, it's alright. if you like mexican beers try bohemia, it's a little pricier but it rules. for a light refreshing german beer try spaten. i love that shit-- again, summer-only. rrrr... oh yes! ASAHI. in a big fucking aluminum can. it's japanese and super-dry tasting, awesome when you're hot & sweaty & thirsty. i fucking love that ice-cold. coors can eat a basket of turds. good american summer beers-- try a wheat beer maybe? they aren't real belgian or german stuff but they are sufficiently decentpp there's that one from texas (blue moon) and heffenweizen that's made in jersey or somewhere, ha ha. anyway i like sierra year round-- it's my basic/staple beer, kinda. if you like the hops try their TORPEDO. holy fuck it's hoppy as fuck, will help you sleep. |

I remember when Gennessee used to be 4 dollars a case. When you got 10 or 12 folks chipping in together it was Genny all the time...
My personal favorite was Schlitz and if I was stepping up a Sam Adams did the trick. Red Stripe another favorite but back in the day they didn't export it. If I ever decide to have a beer again I'll have to try a Sol I guess.

I'm only going on three, but I got super wasted last night. My right hand hurts. I think I might have punched someone or some thing.

it's a different type of beer, but generally yes, i like a dark beer in winter maybe with some fried food, i'll have the bohemia with some fresh tacos, and i'll have pacifico with fish tacos, and sol i'll have in a hot summer day shooting the shit with friends, etc, but i can replace all these with bohemia for all occasions. in other words, dark beers are a sort of niche beer for me, whereas bohemia is an all-purpose great mexican beer, i'd say the best one. ps- pictures, so people can recognize it on the shelves |

from my experience dear, whenever you find yourself doing something that quote, "fuck it" to explain, it is probably not the wisest and most positive of decisions. Personally, I gave up the "fuck it" lifestyle years ago, cuz I was sick of ending up in front of the dope house which is truly the end result of all fuck it fuck ups like us take a breather and go for a nice blonde ale

Which somehow reminds me... Way back twenty years ago, while riding my bike across the country, this one day was really effing hot. So hot we decided to get a motel room to get AC. So we got our key and went to the room and these guys were drinking beer outside and said, 'you look like you could use a beer' and we said 'yes, please!' It was like Michelob or something but man I tell you, that might have been the best tasting beer I've had. And yes, it is really hot here too. Too hot for me to get dressed again. Would someone please bring me some beer? Thx

I'm drinkin' some Flying Dog Old Scratch Amber Lager. Pretty good--not too hoppy. I'm probably the only beer person who doesn't like hops...
