What I enjoy, is seeing cheerleaders and jocks with a snails IQ, get slaughtered or cut up most of the times.

I went with The Shining even though I love all of those movies except Christine....never got into that one.

I saw a Nosferatu very long long ago, and I think it was Murnau's. Could it be that such a gem got through air television? Or I dreamed of it?

Anyway, I voted for Clockwork Orange. I enjoyed the book greatly too. In Spanish. Some friend told me the way the guy talks (translated to Spanish, OK) reminded her of me. Hehehehe.
That was like ten years ago though. I'm not so weird anymore.

If you are going to do a Stephen King film poll, at least pick the four BEST the poll should read
The Shining Stand By Me The Shawshank Redemption The Green Mile |

I'm in pretty close agreement with all of this. I could really do without Stephen King to the point I voted Clockwork since it's the one film listed with nothing to do with him. Brilliant movie too, though Kubrik really hasn't ever failed that I've seen. |

I bet 33:18 is about the ratio of people under 20 to people over 20 on this board.
I don't see why kids think that Malcom McDowell is like the coolest guy in the world. I think the style he dresses in is kind of stupid. |

I don't think that. I liked the movie but frankly Malcolm MacDowell is disgusting.

I'm not saying everyone, just most teens that say clockwork orange is one of their favorite movies really idolize him. Stanley Kubrick could not possibly make a bad movie, but he very definitely could make ones whose violence and absurdist humor get eaten up by kids. |

^^^ I thought "Eyes Wide Shut" was intolerable - 3 hours of a couple working out that they don't talk to each other enough.
