i've still only seen about 45 minutes of it after tonight. the guys i was with are so up on movies, and they'll quote things endlessly and i'll be unable to jump in because i've seen a tenth of the flicks they have. i'll never catch up.

I drive my friends crazy because I'll say "boss" after every sentence like in Cool Hand Luke. I get behind because most of what I was is old stuff on TCM and I never think that there are actually new movies out.

i just have tropic thunder and brideshead revisited to go see, then i'm pretty much done with any new movie. i would really rather be schooled on the good old movies than wasting my time with shitty new ones just to be hip.
