Napoleon Dynamite = bleeeeeeeeeeh. hugely disappointing, I didn't expect a masterpiece, but , like, some sort of "Rushmore" or something similar.

All That Jazz. Ever since subscribing to Netflix I feel like I've gone through movies like tissues, but I kept this one around for a few more days. I just couldn't watch it enough. I finally sent it back and I wish I hadn't.

I've just spent a week watching the first season of Heroes. I know, I know, it's not a movie, but it's quite nice for a tv serie. Light viewing with a post 911 touch to it. Nothing to die for, but enjoyable.

Ps: 'Save the cheerleader' sounds silly though.

i've watched his earliest-- fireworks, puce moment, some stuff he did in france--rabbit moon, another one with a fireworks=related title-- and inauguration of the pleasure dome. without a doubt anger was a genius set & costume designer. the movies themselves however can get a bit dull at times because what's applealing to the dreamer of a dream doesn't always resonate with the public that is told the dream. but nevertheless some unforgettably amazing images & scenes to be studied 7 watched over & over. not for "the story" but for the brilliant shots-- superb style.

though i was a bit stoned, and kept having deja vu throughout it...so maybe i had seen it before...either way, it is really good...maybe i'll watch it again.
