Hey there, easy targets. I have yet to hear a Dinosaur Jr song that I can actually remember. I've probably heard Freak Scene a million times, but I couldn't, for the life of me, tell you how the chorus goes. If, in fact, it has a chorus.

Dino Jr songs don't have choruses, Glice. Where other band's songs would have a chorus, Dino Jr songs have an unnecessary long guitar solo instead.

New Order were better than Joy Division.

The Velvet Underground felt more close to The Who than any other bands that were making music at the same time as them, therefore I feel close to them too. The good Who, not the bad Who.

These must have been done, but: I don't like Bowie or Bolan. Bowie less, I just don't get it.

I just can't dig the Flaming Lips. I was into a couple of songs off Transmissions and Clouds, but that quickly fizzled away. Not quite sure why, I think that it's Wayne's voice. Don't get me wrong, I like Abandoned Hospital Ship, She Don't Use Jelly and Slow Nerve Action, but not much else.

Flaming Lips, Yo La Tengo. I get them mixed up, but hate them both (see previous post for definition of hate).

In A Priest Driven Ambulence is better than anything the Flaming Lips did before and after.
