Yesterday morning, my wife and I headed over to Lake Charles to spend time over at the casino. On the way over, we stopped off for some cracklin's at Comeaux's in Toomey Starks. Since we had to wait, we decided to split cheese steak omlet and it was one of the best things we ever had for breakfast!

ordered a shitton of chicnese food at my friends house yesterday. It wasn't a good idea. HItting a volcano then maxing out on chinese....nyways....now I'm paying the price.

they carry that a trader joes. also, if you have a whole foods around, ask them for salmon candy. expensive, but an awesome treat. mmmmm, salmon candy!

also, green plants. watercress. frisée. good spinach. damn, i need breakfast. gonna make an omelette with greens.
