It's about humans at the end of the world. Specifically, a guy with two bullets left in his gun who goes around with a shopping cart. Very desolate. I liked it.

Had a movie marathon with a friend. We watched:
Leon is always great fun, but actually in a lot of ways somehow less fantastic than I remember it being. The Allen's are, as always, my fucking HEART, and KKBB is still one of my faves from the past half decade or so...

had time to kill and popped this fucker in the DVR
seen it before but parts of it were better this time around. it still has many dead spots, but I likes the killin. I give it an 8/10 tried to watch watchmen again after this but two 3 hour movies back to back is murder on a work night

Never saw the big deal with the Professional, aside from Gary Oldman. LA FEMME NIKITA is pretty cool though.
KISS KISS BANG BANG is so underrated, it's ridiculous. |

vertigo (hitchcock) - 7/10
This is a good film, it was a bit too long... loved the dream sequence! |

I think Vertigo is a bit too long as well, but at times it's brilliant. Rear Window and Shadow of a Doubt are probably my favorite movies by Hitchcock.

I just honestly don't feel like most movies should be more than 2 hours long, ever. I think this is a criticism I've picked up from watching so many Japanese films -- which are almost always way longer than they should be (and that includes films I love). Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of lengthy films that are amazing but eh.
