At the risk of sounding like an old Brit rock bore, Roger Daltrey's scream towards the end of the Who's 'Won't Get Fooled Again' takes some beating. Used to put it on the pub jukebox just to make the drinkers jump.

Also, not sure if anyone has mentioned Slayer's 'Angel of Death'. Now that's how to start an album.
