They're demonstrating desensitization and vulgarity in their song in a very suddle, sarcastic manner. Does anyone else here think that the singer just sounds like they took samples from the Fall Ouut Boy vocalist and pasted them together? I think this because the singer of Panic has an annoying habit of putting extra emphasis on certain syllables.

Regardless of how much both bands suck, this is kind of silly. Emphasis is always placed on different parts of words, that's what make vocal melodies melodies.
