i smoked for about 6-7 years. i made myself a promise last year that i would quit on my birthday, and i did.
and it has been about 9 months now...
in order to quit one has to come to a comeplete decision that you are quitting. and you have to set a date, and work towards that.
it works (for me at least...)

It's like kindergarten. You basically learn about how you learn best, racism, how to reduce stress, ummm I dunno a lot of crap. Everyone at my school has to take it, it's easy, and boring, but it's a credit.
