I've heard people say that before, but I don't necessarily agree. I mean both projects are more or less Chino's projects, and he's free to mix and match I suppose. But I kind of view them in a similar light anyway. They have a lot of elements of each other, and even though they're clearly one or the other, I don't think they clash at all when put on the same album. Black and white go together, after all. They share their bleak starkness in common.

(But I completely understand where you're coming from.)

I really dislike Bossanova. My least favourite Pixies album.

Yeah for real. I can see being unable to listen to it because of the Jackass thing though, it turned me off for a while until I realized whatever fuck it it's an awesome song.
