yes it is, just not officially. There's some rogue GC server for PSO.

just got it for PS3, haven't tried it yet. In spite of the 18+ icon on front, how inappropriate is it for an 11 yr old boy (who has played just about most other games)?

that depends on how much you wish to shelter him from a life of running drugs and beating up hookers.

oh yeah there's tons of those bootleg systems out there. This one's nice for featuring NES/SNES/Gen, as most of them tend to feature just 2 out of those 3.

Personally, I think it would be nice if one of these grey-market companies would make a NES/SNES/N64 console.
