i think porks and others have said this over & over: that's not communism-- at least not as marx/engels intended. sure, the poor bastards didn't have a clue of what a horrendous caricature the implementation of their theories would turn into, but neither jeezus and his hippie flock knew that some day over a few hundered years after they started giving up their worldy goods, renouncing private property (1/2 coat) and living in communes, a church would arise in their name that would command immense material power; and then a thousand-plus-change years afterwards, calvinists would start to preach that being loaded is a sign of divine favor: which is basically the ideology of 'merica today.
