I am a telepathic stone made of shungite. my fullerene buckyballs transmit over ultra-low frequencies, bouncing off the ionosphere in such a way as to allow me world-wide communication. giggigty goggogty goo.

hey Floating.. I have parents from both countries (though my ethnicity is even more mixed up lol) and I spent childhood in Toronto, then adolescence in Sydney, moved to Melbourne then to Toronto (with Montreal for a bit) and now back in Sydney for awhile. I greatly encourage the creation of mix-breeds and highly recommend it. We are the tomorrow people, after all! I would love to start a hip hop band with you, although I have no idea what my role would be in such a group. I'm sure we can figure something out |

I think, I have never introduced myself here.
Hi, I'm 29 years young (guessed right, I'm starting to have the serious look, [euphemizing for graying]). I'm writing/authoring juristic articles for a publishing house. I'm doing telework, which feels very comfortable at the moment. Additionally on Saturdays, I work for a big consumer electronics chain. For social insurance, social and pleasure purposes. I had two cats, but I had to say good-bye to them, when my now ex-girlfriend moved into her own flat. Now, I'm living on my own, which feels great. A few days ago a bird chrashed into my closed window. That was singular. My rooms are always tidy. Well, not always, but most of times. Have a nice day! |

Hello, my name is Alice. I first heard Sonic Youth on Conan O'Brien. I think they were playing a song from the album Sonic Nurse. It wasn't a defining favourite but I couldn't help noticing something distinct about this band. I searched for them on Limewire and ever since I've been a fan... I wish I had more to say on why I love Sonic Youth so much other than that the songs speak for me.

I remember watching an episode of the Simpsons where Homer goes to a rock concert featuring Sonic Youth and feeling humbled at the odds of it.

You know....you can post in other threads right? You don't have to keep posting here right? Like in the sonic section right? or the sonic sharing right? or the non-sonic sounds right? or....right?

Some people introduce themselves and then we never see them again. What's that about? It's like going to a brothel, choosing a hooker, paying the madam and then leaving without having sex with the hooker. It's bonkers.
