Have just sorted out a bunch of pics I took on a trip to New Zealand in Jan 2005, and here's one or two for you all:

Tongariro Crossing - Red Crater summit

Climbing up Mount Ruhapheu. In the background is Mount Ngaruhoe, which was Mount Doom in the "Lords Of The Rigns" films...

Thanks, greedrex. I particularly like the Ruhapehu one, as it brings back memories of climbing it.

i agree. anything i've ever done, even stuff that has turned out decent, has just been fucking about for fun, not SRS BSNS. basically anyone can take a cool picture, some are just better at it than others.

These pale in comparison to the photographic talent i've seen here, and this is just with a shitty digital camera, but I think some of these are kind of cool so I'll post away! hope you like them.

I was about 30-40 feet away from this son of a bitch! It was awesome!
