hello dudes
i want to listen to some good hip hop that would be somehow akin to Cannibal Ox. I want my hip hop to be pretty threatening and serious. You can suggest one/two/three LPs at a time as i won't be able to check out millions of acts (that one was for Adam and the rocket scientists crew...). You can also tell me more about Cannibal Ox side projects and solo stuff. i'm a total noob. Thank you very much for yr attention. I want me some good hip hop, nigga. biatch. GO! |

As stated above, you'd dig Deltron 3030 for sure.
And El-P's FANTASTIC DAMAGE (he produced CanOx). And um... how about the first Dr. Octagon album? |

If you're looking for something threatening check out Immortal Technique, Mobb Deep, El-P and Kool Keith.
Also, a lot of grime is serious and threatening, but it depends if grime is your thing. |

J Dilla, Louis Logic, and Saul Williams are the only hip-hop/rap artists that I have branched out and liked. Any more suggestions?
