Yup, it's "Kat N Hat", the set list is from 08/13/85. "Catholic Block" as a title dates to at least mid '83 though.

It's "Now I wanna be your cat!", the Stooges recorded a demo of it in April 1969, a few months before the debut album was produced.Their label told them to change the lyrics because back in those days noone had any interest in cats. But you can still hear it in the music of the album version, especially the cymbals. Those are cat bells, not dog bells
