Yes. However the Genpets have limited vocal chords so they will not create a large amount of noise when disturbed.

hmmm, very interesting. Thanks for the link. I still think this is BS, they plan to release them with LCD displays on them to monitor life status, and that seems too advanced for this day's technology. They're not selling them yet either.

I was about to say myself. In the past 20 years we discovered bio-engineering and mixing DNA, and it's not going to be long before they expand to something like this. I can see how they could cause huge protests on whether they're 'right' to create or not. Born again Christians would be furious.
