a baseball blog called Wezen-ball.com did some tabulations went through every "Peanuts" comic strip from 1950 to 1970 and calculated the wins, losses and other stats put up by Charlie Brown's baseball teams.

My favorite Peanuts baseball story: when Peppermint Patty takes over as
manager/pitcher. Her first game she throws a no-hitter, hits 5 home runs and the team still loses 37-5.
