she was a wonderful poet and i had a bit of a crush on her when i first read her though ultimately she's a bit of a drag. suicide sucks, and it bugs me a bit that college girls see her as a role model. she is prehaps the grandmother of all things emo? no, im kidding. :P |

Yeah, I just bought Ariel and am reading it, no not really I bought it like a month ago. I also read the Bell Jar in high school. I think the way she chose to kill herself was odd, and the note she left her kids.
