Does it count as download limit (bandwidth) when people get files off me? I put my files up because many people ban leachers and the reason I ask is because I have a really small limit on my downloads.

It depends on the ISP. What's its name and what's the package you subscribed to ?

in australia most of i isps split their limits or have them the same, i get 20g down and 20g up with mine. you should be able to log in and find out all that info, or you should read your contracts before you sign them

I offered to pay for unlimited downloads, my dad thinks I need "limits". It filled me with angst, then I started an emo band.
