yeah, definitely MBV-like. i liked that Free-D lp too but the stuff i've heard since hasn't really impressed me. that 4cd box would be nice to have though.

Nice, I like the first clip.
I once got a couple of cds and a tape of Czech bands Lucie and Orlik from a Slovakian girl, but now I wish I would've gotten one from The Ecstasy of St. Theresa instead... because I didn't really like the other ones. |

oh, ok... the one i was given is this one. it's their second album, so i guess that would be early period.
 it's kind of funny that i had this album for about 10 years without knowing the nature of it... also funny considering the girl who gave it to me seemed so very kind... ah well, i guess i'll just have to hide it if i ever have czech/slovakian people visiting again.  anyway, i downloaded some more stuff from the ecstacy of st theresa and i'm listening to that now. so thanks for the thread and info. |

Speaking of "Susurrate" album, is it possible to purchase it anywhere? A friend of mine lives in Prague and he couldn't find it in various cd-shops. Either he was full of shit or it really is hard to find...!
