microsoft or apple would be a safe bet. you wouldn't make much money off it though.

I'd find a new company being started up by an experienced and sucessful business person, get in at the earliest stage and sell as they made it, before any lull set in. Or monitor a very safe company (like a high street bank) for a poor period, as there's always one having a poor patch.
