well, whats that part that guy reciting the poem, i have no idea what the hell it is but ive heard it before; theres this guy saying 'the fucking...' and adds something and that goes on for a while. i swear i know it from somewhere its not coming to my mind now. what is it?1

Fuck. This is about the Joy Division song "Control." Okay, this is where the point about how grammar is helpful in communicating could be made. If you had called this thread "part in 'Control' ," you'd have given me a clue what you were talking about. I would have know immediately that 'Control', as in quotes, was a title, and I would have surmised it was the title of a song.
